MODEL MILL BUILDING
Rocky converted Noblesville's historic Model Mill building into a successful events and conference center called The Mill Top Banquet & Conference Center. Located conveniently in downtown Noblesville, just blocks from the Courthouse Square, the historic elegance of The Mill Top gives a special touch to weddings, receptions, bridal showers, birthday parties and other special events.
HARE HOUSE AND AXLINE HOUSE
In his role as an entrepreneur and real estate developer, Rocky purchased the historic Hare House and Axline House, along with a smaller carriage house, to make way for the new Noblesville City Hall in 2005. The Hare House is now Chapel Church, located at 675 Walnut St. The Axline House on Eighth Street, near Carbon Street, is now a retail location.
MATTEO’S RISTORANTE ITALIANO
In his role as a real estate developer, Rocky invested in the building that houses Matteo's Ristorante Italiano at 40 N. Ninth St. in downtown Noblesville.
In his role as a real estate developer, Rocky helped plant the Legacy Bible Church at 2140 Greenfield Ave.
In his role as a real estate developer, Rocky helped plant the Restoration Church at 772 N. 10th St.
